Pride is expanding our programming to meet client needs! We are looking for a full-time dually-licensed IOP Therapist Monday-Friday days to provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, crisis management, individual therapy, group facilitation and education, and family program coordination and facilitation in compliance with CARF standards of care and MN Statute 245G, for adult clients under circumstances of substance use disorders and mental health problems. The hours can be somewhat flexible based on staff and client needs.

This position also offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for Full time hires.

Qualified candidates will have an active LADC awarded by the MN BBHT active LPCC, LICSW or LMFT; 1-2 years’ experience in dual diagnosis, 12-step programs, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, and assessment required and must have insight into the unique challenges faced by our clients. They must be able to pass/clear the MN DHS Background Study and a UA drug test.
